MBC has a full-time senior pastor and seven part-time pastors and staff.
Stephen L. Hadden: Senior Pastor
Steve Hadden is a native of Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Steve completed two years of pre-pharmacy school at Georgetown College and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy from Mercer University in Georgia. He completed Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville.
Steve has served as Senior Pastor for churches in Kentucky, Florida, and South Carolina. Additionally, he currently serves as an Assistant to the Presidents at the Baptist Seminary of Kentucky and Georgetown College. Steve continues to hold licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in Kentucky.
He loves sports including basketball, baseball, tennis, football, and golf. He is Kentucky fan!
Steve is married to Joy who is described by Steve as, “my right arm for many areas of ministry.” Joy is a realtor and a decorator who enjoys making their home a welcoming place for guests. Joy loves gardening, canning and cooking new recipes as well as some of Steve’s old favorites, cornbread! Being a new grandma is Joy’s favorite role these days.
Steve and Joy have three sons: Tommy, Jon, and Jordan. They have one grandchild, Kiera.
Andrea Ball: Children’s Minister
Andrea oversees our ministries for children from age 3 through grade 5, including Children’s Worship, missions, and a calendar of special events. (Other profession: speech therapist)

Cody Davidson: Minister of Education
Cody oversees our Sunday School, Wednesday night small groups, and teaches the Adult Bible Study on Sunday evenings. (Other profession: college administrator)

Angela Eaton: Pianist
An outstanding pianist and gifted teacher, Angela provides musical accompaniment at both worship services. She has also directed our choir and led the youth praise band and children’s musicals. She is a piano instructor at Transylvania University in Lexington and also offers private music lessons.

Sean Endicott: Worship Leader
Sean is our worship leader at the 11 o’clock service and coordinates the band. The grandson of one of our former pastors, Sean pioneered MBC’s contemporary worship experience. (Other profession: Lexmark)

Trinity Davis, Youth Minister
Trinity, a native of Woodford County and life long member of Midway Baptist Church, is serving as Youth Minister. He brings energy and compassion to the youth, all the while teaching and mentoring a life of serving Christ.

Jessica Linville: Nursery Caregiver
Jessica provides loving care to the youngest members of the MBC family. She oversees our nursery suite on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings.

Mary Clanney: Ministry Assistant
Mary manages our office weekdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. She produces all of our publications and coordinates the flow of information in our organization.
