Pre-Kindergarten Class

The Pre-Kindergarden Sunday School Class at Midway Baptist Church is located in Room 105. We have fun in our class.

When our Children arrive the first thing they do is put up their star which marks their presence. They then chose what they would like to do, play with play dough, color, build with blocks or just look at books; its their choice. After our play time the children clean up and then we have our story. One child holds the picture while we read the story to them. During our story we pick out a word and the children raise their hands when they hear that word. We have had children in our class that are quite gifted and some time like to read the story. In that case, they do. Once our story has been read, we do our bible verse and we have prayer. The children are given the chance to pray if they chose to do so and a lot of times they will. After story time we do a craft or we watch a portion of a Veggie Tail Movie or play games.

We sit in a circle, sing, have our story, and pray. Then we do our craft.
